Garrett Jones is a Private Advisor and Managing Director at The Jones Connolly Pollock Group within the Rockefeller Global Family Office. He has been recognized on *Forbes “Best in State Wealth Advisor” list in 2019, 2020, 2021, and 2022. Prior to joining Rockefeller, Garrett spent almost 23 years at Merrill where he focused on providing process driven financial advice to institutions and affluent families. Garrett also oversaw the financial modeling, portfolio structure and risk management strategies for the team’s individual and institutional clients. As a Global Institutional Consultant at Merrill, Garrett was one of a limited number of advisors firm wide who were designated to deliver a range of investment consulting services to institutional clients. He began his career at Merrill as a financial planning specialist for Merrill’s Central Florida complex, where he provided a broad range of advice and guidance to the firm’s financial advisors and their clients.

Garrett received his undergraduate degree in Economics from New College of Florida and graduated with honors from Florida State University College of Law. Prior to Rockefeller and Merrill, he practiced labor and employment law for the Orlando branch of a national labor/employment law firm with a focus on employee benefits litigation (ERISA). Garrett holds the Certified Investment Management Analyst® (CIMA®) and Certified Private Wealth Advisor® (CPWA®) designations from the Investments and Wealth Institute™. 

Garrett is an active member of the community and serves on the finance committee at Saint Margaret Mary Catholic Church, as the Chairman of the Board for Jobs Partnership, and as a board member for the Winter Park Health Foundation. Prior to joining Rockefeller, Sean was an Advisor at Merrill from 2003 to 2023. He also spent time at an independent investment firm that specialized in the international financial markets and institutional investors. 

Sean focuses on reducing the complexities and simplifying the lives of affluent clients and institutions. In doing so, he has built a boutique-style investment and planning wealth management team composed of highly talented professionals. By utilizing a team approach to advising clients, the team is able to address the unique circumstances that develop as wealth grows, families’ age, and institutions expand. Phil and his team are adept at harnessing the firm’s resources and capabilities and delivering robust and holistic strategies in a boutique like environment. 

Phil's role on the team is working closely with the client to create a long-term plan as wealth grows, families age and institutions expand. He takes into account client’s sensitivity to risk, personal timelines, lifestyle needs and long-term goals as he analyzes both sides of the balance sheet to identify gaps and capitalize on more efficient opportunities. Within the planning sleeve, Phil is responsible for budget planning, cash flow modeling, concentrated stock strategies and intergenerational wealth transfer. 

Prior to Rockefeller, Phil was an Advisor with Merrill Lynch Wealth Management. He earned his bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Texas Tech University. Phil is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ certificant. He held Merrill’s internal designation of Retirement Benefits Consultant, which is reserved for financial advisors who have the experience and have demonstrated the ability to address complex needs of corporate and institutional retirement plans.

Jennifer Anderson is an Investment Associate and Associate Vice President at Jones Connolly Pollock Group within the Rockefeller Global Family Office. Jennifer applies her analytical skills in building client portfolios for institutional and high-net-worth clients, as well as creating and maintaining internal operational processes for the team. Jennifer focuses on maintaining portfolios that reflect client objectives, risk tolerance, cash flow needs, and liquidity requirements, tracking and measuring portfolio performance. Prior to Rockefeller, Jennifer was an Invesment Management Specialist with Merrill Lynch. 

Originally from the Chicago area, Jennifer earned a B.A. in English Literature from the University of Illinois – Urbana Champaign. Jennifer then went on to earn a Master’s in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance and International Business from the Rollins College Crummer Graduate School of Business in Winter Park, Florida. Jennifer holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation and resides in College Park in Orlando, Florida with her husband.  

Jennifer remains involved with her graduate school by serving as a mentor and as a member of the Alumni Board of Directors, and serves as an Alumni Advisor for her sorority.

Greg Pollock is a Private Advisor and Managing Director at Jones Connolly Pollock Group within the Rockefeller Global Family Office. Prior to joining Rockefeller, Greg was with Merrill Lynch Wealth Management from 1984 to early 2023. He has over 35 years of industry experience.  

Greg is a qualified Portfolio Manager who, in addition to providing traditional advice and guidance, can help clients pursue their objectives by building and managing his own personalized or defined strategies, which may incorporate individual stocks and bonds, Merrill model portfolios, and third-party investment strategies. When servicing clients through the firm’s Investment Advisory Program, a Portfolio Manager may manage his strategies on a discretionary basis. He focuses on assessing and mitigating risk, goal identification, financial modeling, investment selection, tax minimization strategies and plan design, implementation, and reviews.
