Private Advisor, Managing Director 


Tammi Lauder is a Managing Director, Private Advisor at Rockefeller Capital Management. Prior to joining Rockefeller, Tammi was at Fieldpoint Private Securities, LLC, headquartered in Greenwich, CT as a Managing Director from 2017. Her approach is both personal and persistent. She and the team assess the clients’ requirements for income and capital accumulation, their risk and volatility guidelines, and design an asset allocation strategy to help meet them.  

Beginning her career as an assistant to a broker at Kidder Peabody, Tammi soon became an advisor, honing her skills during a time when there were few female financial services executives. Tammi’s 40 years of experience have included advisors roles with Smith Barney (now Morgan Stanley), J.P. Morgan Securities, and Fieldpoint Private Securities. In 1998 she teamed up with Bill Christian and together they formed Landmark Group.  

Tammi graduated from Skidmore College with a bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Spanish.

Private Advisor, Managing Director


William (Bill) Christian is a Managing Director, Private Advisor at Rockefeller Capital Management.  Prior to joining Rockefeller, Bill was at Fieldpoint Private, LLC, headquartered in Greenwich, CT as a Managing Director in 2017. He and his fellow team members work collectively to provide a suite of wealth and portfolio management services to high-net-worth clients, corporate executives, business owners and retirees.  

Bill’s collaborative process with clients begins with a conversation. It includes identifying goals, assessing risk guidelines, and creating an integrated asset allocation to help reach objectives. He selects equity funds, third-party managers and individual fixed-income issues to tailor portfolios according to a client’s objectives. He also coordinates delivery of comprehensive wealth management, banking and lending services in concert with clients outside accountants and attorneys.  

Bill’s 25 years of investment management experience have included advisors roles with Smith Barney (now Morgan Stanley), J.P. Morgan Securities, and Fieldpoint Private Securities. In 1998 he teamed up with Tammi Lauder and together they formed Landmark Group.  

Bill graduated from Ramapo College with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration.

Private Advisor, Vice President 


Sean Reidy is a Private Advisor, Vice President at Rockefeller Capital Management. Prior to joining Rockefeller, Sean was at Fieldpoint Private Securities, LLC., where he joined in 2020 as a member of The Landmark Group. He has more than 20 years’ experience in the investments and wealth management space, including the last eight with Forester’s Investment Management in NYC, where he was the Director of US Equities, overseeing equity mutual fund assets of $8 billion. He managed a team of portfolio managers, analysts and traders that invested in Growth, Value, Core, Global strategies. He was the lead portfolio manager on their Flagship Growth and Income Fund and Equity Income fund and was Co-Manager of their Total Return Fund. Prior to that, he was with First Investors, also in NYC, where he served as PM on various funds. The firm was later sold to Forester’s. 

Before First Investors, Sean was a proprietary trader with First New York Securities, trading in domestic equities, ADRs and equity derivatives. Prior to that he spent 11 years with Olstein Capital Management in Purchase, where he was co-PM for a $2.7B long/short all-cap value fund, and sub-advised a Legg Mason value fund, in addition to running the firm’s day-to-day trading operations. He began his career as a broker assistant with Smith Barney. 

Sean graduated from Pace University. He and his wife, Laura, live in White Plains, NY with their three children. He enjoys playing golf as a member of Westchester Country Club and pursues his passion for classic cars.

Steven Cangialosi is a Private Advisor, Vice President at Rockefeller Capital Management. Prior to joining Rockefeller, Steven was at Fieldpoint Private, LLC headquartered in Greenwich, CT.  Steven’s career in financial services began in 2006, at UBS. From there he joined Morgan Stanley as a registered client service associate until 2014. Following that, he joined Landmark Group at J.P. Morgan, as client associate, an integral member of a wealth advisory team working with clients across all facets of their financial lives. In 2017 Steven, along with his teammates, joined Fieldpoint Private Securities, LLC.  

Steven graduated from the University of Hartford in 2005 with a bachelor’s degree in History. He and his wife, along with their three daughters, make their home in Mohegan Lake, New York.

Director of Operations & Onboarding Initiatives, Senior Vice President


Kelly Flaherty is Director of Operations & Onboarding Initiatives, SVP for Landmark Group at Rockefeller Capital Management.  Kelly’s career in financial services began in 2006, at Smith Barney (now Morgan Stanley). Prior to joining Rockefeller, Kelly was at Fieldpoint Private Securities, LLC, where she joined in 2010 as a Wealth Management Associate and was later promoted to a new role leading all the firm’s Associates. In 2012 she assumed the new role of Branch Administrator, adding responsibility for all administrative functions for Fieldpoint branches.  In 2020, Kelly was promoted to Director of Wealth Management Administration & Operations. As Director of Operations and Onboarding Initiatives at Rockefeller, she oversees all her team’s operational and administrative needs.   

Kelly graduated from SUNY Purchase with a bachelor’s degree in English.

Investment Manager, Vice President


Matt Gruseke is an Investment Manager at Rockefeller Capital Management. Prior to joining Rockefeller, Matt was an Analyst at Bienville Capital, headquartered in New York City. At Bienville, Matt provided analytical and operational support to the firm’s advisory clients, assisting with client onboarding, asset allocation, portfolio monitoring and rebalancing. Matt also worked alongside the investment team, conducting manager due diligence on long only and hedge fund managers.   

Prior to Bienville, Matt worked as an Equity Research Associate at Keefe, Bruyette, & Woods where he supported lead analysts on the universal banks and boutique M&A advisors.  Additionally, Matt spent the first 5 years of his career working in the wealth management space where his primary responsibilities included manager due diligence, portfolio construction and asset allocation for both ultra-high net worth individuals and institutional clients. 

 Matt graduated from Bucknell University in 2013 with a bachelor’s degree in Economics.
