Kyle joined Rockefeller, in November of 2022. Prior to this, he was with Merrill Lynch Wealth Management since 2005.  Kyle is a Portfolio Manager who can help clients pursue their objectives by managing on a discretionary basis his own personalized or defined strategies, which may incorporate individual stocks and bonds, model portfolios, and third-party investment strategies. He also uses Alternative Investments such as hedge funds and private equity.  Additionally, Kyle and his team focus on building and implementing custom equity and commodity derivative strategies for concentrated positions and hedging purposes.  Kyle holds a degree in Finance from Eastern Illinois University, where he played Division I golf for four years.  He and his wife, Kristen, reside in The Woodlands TX with their two children.

After working in the engineering department for the natural gas pipeline company El Paso Corp, Adam began his financial services career at Merrill Lynch Wealth Management in 2008 in the North Houston office. In 2010, he moved into the Merrill Private Wealth Management Group, a unique arm within the firm that focuses on clients with net worth’s of $10 million or more. There, he learned the importance of complimenting the traditional investment strategies with trust and estate planning services, philanthropic strategies, and concentrated stock management. He joined the Maxwell Group team in late 2016 as a Senior Business Manager, where he has helped integrate his skills and knowledge into our boutique financial practice. 

With a background in engineering and mathematics, Adam flourishes in taking complex financial situations of our clients and building a simplified investment plan that helps meet their cash flow, estate planning, credit and charitable goals. Outside of planning for and servicing our clients, he also focuses on portfolio management, risk analysis, and trading for our various team strategies.

Adam graduated from Texas A&M with a dual Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering and Mathematics,  and a minor in business. He holds the Accredited Asset Management SpecialistSM designation from the College For Financial Planning, as well as the Certified Private Wealth Advisor® designation. He focuses on working to address the sophisticated, unique needs of high-net-worth clients. He and his wife Jenn live in Houston with their son. In his spare time, Adam enjoys running, volunteering through pet therapy with his Italian Greyhound, and traveling the world with his family.

Kevin provides customized wealth management strategies and financial advice to a select group of business owners, corporate executives, affluent individuals and their families. In combination with the firm’s vast resources and capabilities, he’s able to offer effective tax-integrated strategies to the complex and challenging issues that clients often face. He works closely with your trusted outside advisors, such as your accountant and attorney, to provide seamless integration around your entire wealth management plan, including estate planning opportunities, insurance reviews, retirement plans, business interests, stock options, and concentrated positions.

After spending four years at the Walton owned, Arvest Trust Company, Kevin joined Bank of America’s Private Bank in 2008. While in the Private Bank he advised high net-worth individuals and families around both sides of their balance sheet, including investments, estate planning and banking solutions. Kevin, worked at Merrill Lynch, starting in 2020, and holds the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ certification.

Kevin holds a degree in Finance from the University of Houston and a MBA, with a concentration in Finance, from Texas Tech University. He and his wife, Megan, reside in Houston, TX with their three children.

Joining the Rockefeller team in November 2022, Shawna has nearly a decade of wealth management experience working at Merrill Lynch. Shawna’s primary role involves the creation and management of customized and comprehensive financial plans that are appropriate for her clients’ personal circumstances and risk tolerance. Shawna provides a disciplined approach to investment and retirement planning with a focus on estate planning strategies, legacy planning, federal and state tax efficiencies, and retirement income needs. She also holds the Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC) designation. She is committed to helping clients both preserve and grow their wealth over multiple generations. 

As a Certified Divorce Financial Analyst (CDFA®), Shawna provides guidance to clients and their legal counsel regarding financial strategies pre-divorce, during the divorce process, and post-divorce. Specifically, Shawna is able to analyze the financial impact of settlement proposals to assist clients in selecting the best financial option during the divorce process. Post-divorce, Shawna helps clients maximize their financial independence through financial education and budgeting, comprehensive financial planning, strategic investing, and liquidity management.

Born and raised in Houston, Texas, Shawna graduated from the University of Texas where she majored in Economics. She is an avid golfer having qualified for two USGA Women’s Mid-Amateur Championships and her husband, Jason, is a golf professional in The Woodlands, Texas. In addition to golf, Shawna’s hobbies include dressage and cross-country equestrian sports, snow skiing, and culinary arts.

Residing in The Woodlands, Shawna and Jason have two children. One of her children was born with a rare genetic condition called Sotos Syndrome and Autism Spectrum Disorder. Their unique needs motivated Shawna to join the Family Advisory Council for Texas Children’s Hospital where she shares her passion for financial planning with the families and caretakers of other special needs children.

Sean R. Foust is a Financial Advisor and member of The Maxwell Group at Rockefeller, a highly recognized financial advisory team located in The Woodlands Texas. He has experience advising entrepreneurs, retirees, executives, ranchers and their family members.

Sean takes a highly personalized approach to the clients he serves; he spends significant time and detail planning for the present and future needs of a client’s financial life. He uses the resources and capabilities of the firm to develop in depth wealth planning strategies tailored to his client’s goals that include investment management, custom lending, philanthropy and wealth transfer.

Sean is a Pennsylvania native where he received his bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Clarion University. At Clarion University, Sean played on the varsity golf team and was an Academic All-American. He enjoys spending his free time playing golf and tennis with friends and family.

Barry works closely with active wealth-builders to help design and implement tailored financial strategies that seek to optimize clients' personal and professional wealth.  He is particularly skilled in helping address the needs of real estate developers and investors, ultra-high-net-worth families, professional traders and private equity managers/sponsors.  Drawing on the expansive resources of Rockefeller Capital, Barry channels opportunities to deploy wealth more thoughtfully and effectively, applying a holistic approach to both sides of a client's balance sheet.

Barry began his career at Bank of America in 1991 in Houston, ultimately becoming a Vice President in the Private Client Group.  His wealth management career also includes a tenure with Wells Fargo.  In 2000, Barry launched a privately-owned real estate consulting practice while developing residential real estate and managing his investments.  He rejoined Bank of America Private Bank as a Senior Vice President in September 2015 and later transferred to the Maxwell Group in August 2021 prior to its move from Merrill Lynch to Rockefeller Capital Management in November 2022.

She began her career at Merrill Lynch Wealth Management in November 2007.  After moving to the Houston area in 2009 she began working with Kyle Maxwell.  De’An is your direct contact for administrative aspects of your accounts.  In addition to striving to provide superior customer service, she assists with the executions of restricted stock, loans, and concierge service to our clients.

Stacie joined The Maxwell Group in August 2020, after working in various banking specialist roles at Bank of America for a total of 12 years, most recently with 6 years of experience in the Bank of America Private Bank and 6 years in the Consumer Financial Center. She serves our client families in both banking services and providing exceptional customer service to ultra-high net worth individuals. Stacie is your direct contact for all account administration needs. 

Stacie is currently attending the University of Houston-Downtown and is expecting to graduate in 2022 with a dual Bachelor’s in Finance and Corporate Communications, after which she will pursue a Master’s in Business Administration. She is a member of the National Society of Collegiate Scholars and Beta Gamma Sigma, the National Honor Society in Business.

A native Houstonian, Stacie enjoys raising her two children, volunteering, traveling, athletic activities, various live music and sport events, and attending Houston’s Performing and Visual Arts showcases.
